Once AAHA has received payment, you'll receive written confirmation and instructions for obtaining access to JAAHA online. The instructions will direct you to an online form. You'll be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription to JAAHA online:

• Your customer number (included with your subscription confirmation)
