Final Program
As the official on-site publication of the AAHA/OVMA Conference – Toronto 2011, the Final Program includes meeting room locations, time-tables and exhibitor descriptions. Advertising here will reach all attendees with multiple impressions. The publication is distributed in attendee bags, and as every attendee’s guide to the conference, it is used repeatedly to plan which events and lectures they will attend.

Banners and Kiosks
Advertising with banners and kiosks at the conference will increase your recognition throughout the Exhibit Hall. Spread your brand across the conference rather than just at your booth. Banners are placed along the Exhibit Hall walls at an eye-catching level. They can be purchased for $2,500 USD and are sized to fit your needs, up to 15’ x 15’.
Four-panel, rotating kiosks are also available for advertising space. The kiosks are backlit and placed in the main isles of the Exhibit Hall. The professional look and movement stops passersby as they visit booths throughout the Hall. You can purchase an entire kiosk for $5,000 USD or single panels for $1,500 USD each.

Bag Inserts
Add your pre-printed insert to the conference bag that attendees receive when they check in for an opportunity to promote traffic to your booth. Include a coupon, special offer, giveaway or invitation. Inserts should be single-page flyers, up to 8½ x 11 in. A quantity of 3,100 must be received at AAHA headquarters by March 4, 2011. AAHA/OVMA - Toronto 2011 Map Your Show creates an opportunity for exhibitors to brand and market their company to attendees before they step onto the show floor. As the official agenda planner, Map Your Show allows attendees to search the sessions they want to go to, as well as exhibitors they want to visit.
Attendees can quickly search for exhibitors by company name, booth location, product category, and find where a company’s booth is located, then add the company to their agenda.
